The beautifully embroidered front border features the traditional Chi-Rho monogram, one of Christianity's oldest and most meaningful symbols of Jesus Christ. Style 8092 – White Silk Embroidery

Features the traditional Chi-Rho design embroidered in white silk thread against the white fabric. The white-on-white appearance creates an elegant, understated finish that complements virtually any sanctuary design.

Style 8093 – Gold Silk Embroidery

Features the same beautiful Chi-Rho design embroidered in rich gold silk thread. The warm gold embroidery provides a distinguished decorative finish that complements gold church metalware, tabernacles, candlesticks, and other sanctuary furnishings.

Both styles feature the same fabric, embroidery design, and minimum front drop.

Traditional Embroidery & Easy-Care Fabric

Manufactured from 100% white polyester, the Beau Veste 8092 and 8093 altar cloths offer the appearance of traditional embroidered church linen while providing excellent durability and easy maintenance.

The washable polyester fabric is ideal for parish churches, chapels, religious communities, and other liturgical settings where altar linens are used regularly.

The silk embroidery runs along one side of the altar cloth, typically positioned across the front of the altar and extending along the front edges of the side drops. The embroidery does not automatically continue around the bottom of the side drops or all four sides of the cloth.

The embroidered border requires a minimum 7½-inch front drop to accommodate the complete design.

Custom Sized for Your Altar

Every Beau Veste 8092 / 8093 Altar Cloth can be custom cut and hemmed to accommodate the dimensions of your altar.

The fabric is manufactured in an overall width of 68 inches, allowing for a variety of altar sizes and configurations.

To ensure a proper fit, please provide the following measurements:

• A – Altar Width: Actual front-to-back depth of the altar mensa.
• B – Front Drop: Desired length of fabric hanging over the front of the altar (minimum 7½ inches).
• C – Altar Length: Actual side-to-side length of the altar mensa.
• D – Side Drops: Desired length of fabric hanging over the sides of the altar.
• E – Back Drop: Desired length of fabric hanging over the rear of the altar.

All measurements should be supplied in inches.

Our team will review your dimensions and provide a custom quotation based on the amount of fabric required and any necessary hemming or finishing.

If embroidery along the bottom edges of the side drops is desired, please specify this in your request. Special construction, including split corners, may be required and is subject to manufacturer approval.

Care Instructions

Machine wash in warm water with a cold rinse. Tumble dry on low heat. Little or no ironing is required.
