By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. Website Use
HolyLandArtCompany.com is provided for the purchase of religious goods, church supplies, clergy apparel, statuary, furnishings, liturgical products, religious gifts, and related products and services.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, interfere with, or compromise the website or its security.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, restrict access, or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, or unlawful activity.
2. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors, finishes, photographs, prices, and availability.
However, product photographs and digital displays may not perfectly represent actual colors, finishes, materials, textures, or proportions. Natural materials and handcrafted products—including wood, marble, metal, stone, fabric, hand-painted statuary, and handmade religious artwork—may have natural variations from one item to another.
Manufacturers may occasionally modify product specifications, packaging, colors, materials, dimensions, or designs without prior notice.
Minor variations that do not materially change the intended function or overall appearance of a product are not considered defects.
3. Product Availability
Holy Land Art Company offers a large catalog and does not physically stock every item shown on our website at our Florida or New Jersey locations.
Products may ship from:
- Our Florida inventory
- Our New Jersey inventory or distribution facilities
- A manufacturer's warehouse
- A domestic or international supplier
- Another authorized distribution partner
Items from the same order may therefore arrive in separate shipments.
Website availability does not guarantee that an item is immediately available for pickup or viewing at a particular location. Customers wishing to view or pick up a product should contact us in advance to confirm availability.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to verify product availability, pricing, shipping charges, payment information, tax status, and other order details before accepting or fulfilling an order.
We may cancel or modify an order if:
- An item is unavailable or discontinued;
- The manufacturer cannot fulfill the order;
- A pricing or product-information error occurred;
- Shipping costs were materially miscalculated;
- Payment cannot be verified;
- Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected; or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
5. Pricing and Errors
We make every reasonable effort to maintain accurate prices, but errors can occur.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, supplier error, technical issue, data-feed error, currency-conversion issue, or other mistake, Holy Land Art Company reserves the right to correct the error and cancel or modify the affected order.
If an item's correct price is higher than the price shown when an order was submitted, we may contact you for approval before proceeding.
Prices and promotions may change without notice.
6. Quotes and Special Pricing
Written quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. If no expiration period is stated, pricing is subject to confirmation before an order is finalized.
Pricing on imported products, precious metals, marble, custom furnishings, statuary, and other specialized products may be affected by changes in manufacturer pricing, material costs, currency exchange rates, tariffs, freight costs, or other market conditions.
A quotation does not guarantee product availability unless specifically stated in writing.
7. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms presented at checkout, stated on an invoice, or otherwise agreed to in writing.
We may use third-party payment processors to securely process credit cards and other electronic payments.
Institutional customers, parishes, dioceses, churches, and other approved organizations may be eligible for separate billing or account terms where expressly authorized by Holy Land Art Company.
Failure to pay amounts due may result in suspension of further shipments, account privileges, or credit terms.
8. Sales Tax and Tax-Exempt Organizations
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.
Organizations claiming tax-exempt status are responsible for providing valid tax-exemption documentation when required. Tax exemption is not guaranteed until appropriate documentation has been received and accepted.
Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other governmental charges not collected by Holy Land Art Company where applicable.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed to by Holy Land Art Company in writing.
Products may require processing time before shipment, particularly products that are:
- Made to order
- Imported
- Customized
- Personalized
- Handcrafted
- Temporarily out of stock
- Shipped directly from a manufacturer
Manufacturer lead times are estimates and may change due to production schedules, transportation delays, customs processing, raw-material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Free Shipping Promotions
Where an item or promotion includes free shipping, Holy Land Art Company reserves the right to select the carrier, shipping service, and method of transportation.
Free shipping does not include expedited shipping unless expressly stated.
Certain oversized, freight, international, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territory, remote-location, inside-delivery, liftgate, residential, limited-access, or special-handling charges may be excluded unless specifically stated otherwise.
11. Freight and Large Items
Large statuary, church furnishings, marble products, altars, ambos, pedestals, candle stands, and other oversized items may require freight shipment.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can safely receive the shipment and for notifying us of any special delivery requirements before shipment.
Unless specifically included in a written quotation, freight delivery does not automatically include inside delivery, unpacking, installation, assembly, debris removal, liftgate service, or movement of the product to its final location.
Customers should inspect freight shipments promptly upon delivery and document visible shipping damage before accepting or signing for the shipment whenever reasonably possible.
12. Custom, Personalized, Special-Order and Made-to-Order Products
Many of the products we offer can be customized, personalized, manufactured to order, imported specifically for a customer, or produced according to customer-selected specifications.
Once production or procurement has begun, such orders may not be cancelable or returnable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all applicable information, including:
- Names and spelling
- Engraving
- Measurements
- Sizes
- Colors
- Finishes
- Fabrics
- Artwork
- Inscriptions
- Quantities
- Other custom specifications
Approval of a proof, drawing, specification, quotation, or custom order constitutes authorization to proceed according to the approved information.
13. Returns
Returns are governed by our current Shipping, Returns & Policies page.
Unless otherwise stated, eligible products must comply with the return conditions and time periods stated there.
Custom, personalized, special-order, and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or supplied incorrectly by Holy Land Art Company or the manufacturer.
Customers should contact us before returning merchandise to obtain applicable return instructions.
14. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
Customers should notify Holy Land Art Company promptly after receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.
We may request photographs, packaging photographs, shipping labels, documentation, or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim.
Customers should retain the item and its original packaging until instructed otherwise, particularly in cases involving shipping damage.
Our obligation may, depending on the circumstances, consist of repair, replacement, replacement parts, manufacturer warranty assistance, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
15. Cancellations
Stock orders that have not yet shipped may generally be canceled, subject to processing status.
Orders that have entered production, been customized, been specially ordered, been imported specifically for the customer, or have already shipped may not be cancelable or may be subject to costs already incurred.
Please contact us as quickly as possible if cancellation is requested.
16. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, coupon codes, discounts, and special offers:
- Are subject to their stated expiration dates and conditions;
- May exclude certain manufacturers, categories, custom products, or previously discounted merchandise;
- May not be combined unless expressly stated;
- Have no cash value; and
- May be modified or discontinued as permitted by law.
Retroactive promotional adjustments are governed by our current promotional and discount policies.
17. International Orders
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, local taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly included in a written quotation.
International delivery times may be affected by customs and are outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be imported into their destination country.
18. Intellectual Property
The content of HolyLandArtCompany.com, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, artwork, page designs, product descriptions, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Holy Land Art Company and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party manufacturer names, trademarks, photographs, and product information remain the property of their respective owners.
19. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a product review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
You grant Holy Land Art Company permission to display and use submitted content in connection with our website and business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Holy Land Art Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of products sold through it.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
23. Force Majeure
Holy Land Art Company will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, labor disruptions, war, civil disturbances, governmental actions, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, customs delays, supplier or manufacturer delays, shortages, epidemics, utility outages, or failures of communications or technology systems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts, subject to applicable law.
